I heard that IMF may be waiting for outcome of Terpu case and preparation of statements and evidence before commencing proceedings...probably in early June, or thereabouts. I have heard that IMF may speak for $100m+ in client damages.
The banks internal review should be completed around the same time...but they will probably dump it off the continental shelf in deep water with a ton of concrete around it.
ASICs report should also be out about the same time...that should be made public..and the creditors meeting end of June.
