Was able to access one account today ok. But didnt recognise my user/password on the other account. Thankfully didnt need to execute today and I wasnt going to sit on the phone waiting.
Just so everyone is clear, which I'm not sure is the case from the comments above, is that this is not a platform upgrade but a switch to a new broker. CMC Markets are your broker now, nothing to do with ANZ other than the name they sold along with you to CMC. ANZ still hold your cash account for banking purposes but otherwise they are not broking anymore.
I never wanted to be with CMC, not the same security as ANZ. Frankly though there's only poor alternatives in the Australian market so might be stuck.
Interested if anyone has done a recent review of alternative platforms or otherwise their past experience with CMC.
