I find this utterly unbelievable......
With ANZ eTrade I had 3 accounts (1 margin loan, 1 non margin loan and 1 SMSF) connected to the 1 User ID.
Since the transfer that User ID has become blocked in some way. Password reset doesn't work. When I have called the 1300 658 355 number on both Friday and today I am told that there are "technical difficulties" that they are trying to resolve with some accounts - and mine is included. No estimate on when this would be resolved.
A week after cutover and they have effectively blocked people from their accounts.
Anyone else still with their accounts inaccessible?
Looks like I'll be finding another trading platform as well as another bank.
