I'm in the same position. Rang ANZ again tonight. The only thing the phone banking people will say is sorry. I've missed opportunities to sell and one of my stocks is currently dropping in value and there is nothing I can do about it
I've lodged a claim with the Banking Ombudsman. Hot Copper needs a new sentiment type. I currently can't buy, sell or hold. I'll bet they continue charging interest on my margin loan though!
