Free trades. I eventually saw their over verbose system & yes it did happen.
My free trades showed 2 gone. Hit statement tab & up at top left it shows both your cash account& your trading account. The free trade does not get on your trade invoice, but the free cash shows on trade account and gets to your cash account at settlement date.
Re profit & loss tab updating- I gave up.
Your stock holdings and profit and loss will tally after trading finished.
For a while I was logging out& then in to update daily profit.
I eventually put my account on a new watchlist (as well)& now I am happy. It works well as watchlist totals update, but profit& loss don,t.
I have been harrassing staff, they get back eventually.
Does anyone know where they hide earnings and dividend history?
Plenty of forward advice on dividend, but I think I will be sending this question to them tommorow.
Seems nab,commsec &bell direct are all similar with their fees. Just the way they advertise can mislead.
My attitude, better the dog you know.
Also asx will provde dividend history, but it would be nice if anz did too.
But since the new platform opened,my shares have done well. Coincidence of course.
