This is advice and opinion I received today from an industry veteran.
All the Australian banks use old versions of software, none of which are contemporary.
NAB doesn't offer anything for share trading as far as I am aware
CBA has an old version of CMC as do Macquarie
Westpac chose a Perth supplier which they eventually had to buy out of and so are basically in-house
The best option is an Australian stockbroker like Morgans, Bailleu, Ord Minnet etc
Simply put, the banks are CF's...as someone earlier stated.
