I was only initially able to login to the new platform(somehow????) by using my old WebIress 'version' of my password not my ANZShareInvesting password ... and NOT the "login" icon on the ANZShareInvesting.com site I was origionally directed too. Once I was in that initial time I was then able to log in via both methods ... via Internet banking and the shareinvesting.anz.com site that automatically loaded this link ... https://www.anz.com.au/personal/investing-super/online-share-investing/
However, I was constantly having to re_login to the new platform as the open time allocation was very short(even though there was constant data updates for stocks going on) ... never had this problem with WebIress!
Whilst that was a pain what I'm more concerned about is that I have yet to find on the new site where all my trade history is ESPECIALLY a record of my TAX years history ... something that is vital! ANZ bloody better have not deleted it. I will give them time(as it was impossible to get thru to them as many here have alluded too) until I try to spend a bit more time understanding and getting familar with the platform ...
