What i am saying ..is yes

the parties Opes and its client constructed a Margin loan

Margin Loan buttons were on trader dealer and Cygnet Capital websites
Which went straight through to the Opes site

I repeat ..we asked for a Margin Loan(exact words)

So the parties ..in my mind constucted a margin loan..it is not a huge leap legally to demonstrate that.

ANZ are however saying..we Knew nothing of how Opes did business

We recieved the shares via an AMSLA

We(ANZ) are innocent bystaanders and shouldnt be included
in the parties dealings between themselves

My response is utter hogwash ,..and i have gone over this thinking several times in previous postings
