Any voting rights attaching to the relevant Securities,Equivalent Securities,Collateral or Equivalent Collateral will be exercisable by the persons in whose name they are registered..

It goes on to say Bearer Securities will be etc etc

This is a direct take from the pre 2008 AMSLA

ANZ were the Registered Holder of the shares..they didnt vote the shares..they sought the clients instructions as we have discussed
