I couldn't understand that when that came out. I can ring up my bank at any time and they can tell me how much to the cent is outstanding on my home loan.
Surely with any lending facility the key thing for a bank to do is track how much is owed. Yet with Opes they initially said 650mill then added another 70mill 4-5 weeks later.
I hope they had to provide some decent paperwork to justify that.
