there is an insolvency default clause in an amsla
anz advanced x dollars upon default they can sell free and clear to recover there monies
in this case ..they break even or small loss
then under their charge the 95m can be covered by the 90m surlus from merrils and dresdner
a well managed recovery by anz
and the clients whistle dixie
