I would expect if clients are successful and get a payout it wont be in the form of stock but in the form of a cash settlement.
Or it could work in two scenarios. i.e people with 5%+ in a company will get a cash settlement and anything lower will be stock bought on the market. Then again I could just be dreaming...
They really did sell at the bottom. What we needed was an injunction against ANZ from selling all the stocks until this mess was sorted. If that happened and the injuction existed till today We all would have got 110 cents in the $
