I suspect ANZ have interest in the holding, as there have not been any significant shareholder notices and given the volumes over the past few weeks, I'm sure they would have had plenty of opportunities to sell stock into the market.
The only other reason I can think of is that they are being very careful and cover all bases before selling down the stock.
As I said, just don't understand why they still hold 30% of the company.
