hi Blackjack & all, at first I too was amazed. But you know what this all means. That money out there is really that scarce. That announcement was so excellent, and SP should have spiked to .40cents. The fact it didn't, explains how scarce the $$ are. ATM. That has to be the only reason.
I think we just have to be patient until the market turns.
