What is getting me is that nobody is factoring ANZ's potential liability here. If they sell down the shares they have to make a formal offer for the rest and with their logo plastered all over the Opes brochure they look like goners under the reasonable person rule ie. a reasonable person would think that they are secure as the ANZ have backed this 'cause they have their brand prominent everywhere I look so reasonably I assume my money/shares are safe. If ANZ lose in court in any which way it could cost them 3 times more than what they sold shares for to buy them back or pay compensation. Now do your sums re selling 50 million SLA shares and the potential damages liability they would face. DUH! ANZ will not be making any fast moves in regard to Solagran. The only person to back here is "Melbourne Mick" Gatto. Set a thief to catch a thief. My ranting only so discard or take on board it's your choice.
