The biggest thing for me when Buying Asian assets how would you price them. There are so many factors when deciding what price as I doubt in the first place there would be many buyers. RBOS will they just be happy to have them gone
Are they being forced to sell. This buy will go one of 2 ways It will make ANZ the big 1 of the top four and probably one of the biggest bank in the world or it could cause ANZ to bought up by one of other banks. I really think it comes down to the price being paid for assets.
