ANZ is not a monopoly, you can move to a non-big 4 and save at least 0.5%

Alot of people whinge and complain and afterwards do nothing and don't switch as some are lazy and can't be bothered.


would you rather a 7.5% interest rate with the housing prices are stable

or

3.5% interest rate with the housing prices has fallen by half


I know the situation are difference but be careful what you wish for!
