Sentencing some time next week. The Director who pleaded not guilty will not come up to trial until maybe late 2012. Maybe another deal will be done with him to stop the TRUTH Re the ANZ Bank Managers and others roles in this fiasco will not be heard They have done a good job so far of keeping it under the carpet Cheers Towie DYOR In the mean time I think that the action re the Councils in NSW is still going on.
