Add another item to your checklist when doing due diligence on a company you are thinking of investing in,especially specs.Do the directors actually own stock in it,or are they leveraged with a margin loan?.Unfortunately you will never know,as they are not required to report that.One more trap in the minefield of investing.Maybe some good may eventually come out of this,but dont count on it.
