    Why not sue opes ..for all of its misrepresentations

    And have opes' conduct fully aerated..and concluded favourably

    Obviously ..arguing..that which hasnt been argued(yet).. that they opes ..abandonded the contract...The Justice Roddy Maegher conclusion
