I think ANZ know they are on shaky ground and is maybe why Mike Smith has made such a public display of instigating an investigation using a well known heavy hitter. From here on their focus will be in saving their reputation.
It's also interesting to see Ferriers now completly change their tune away from liquidation to one of company arrangement. I think they might know they have ANZ by the short and curlies and will try and use that to get a speedy resolution to the clients favour.
