Placed an order at 10:33 a.m. Still wasn't processed 45 mins later. Used the contact chat function and was told that the system was down and that I would have to wait until it was being resolved. Was told in CAPS - thanks for the 'yelling style' customer service, CMC. Just a heads up for those using this platform that it is currently down (I was told that it may be resolved within an hour). Orders will show up as being quarantined and will eventually be cancelled.
Ever since the ANZ moved to use CMC Markets as their platform, I have had nothing but issues. And the user interface is still rubbish. Kinda over it and think I will use an alternative online broker from now on. Any recommendations?
