The nia ceo is currently presenting to broking firms on the east coast outlining the ground from the gods that fell in this companys lap. They have picked up a lease smack in the middle of Adamus' Salaman deposit and have a 5km continuation of strike going through their ground. BHP did trenching in 94/96 period with values of up to 5.05g/t Au FNT03 at 157m interval and 7.43g/t FNT07 108m interval. Adamus recently valued the lease at $3.5 mill and Nia have done a fantastic deal buying it for US$136,000 and the issue of 2.5mill shares within 60 days of due diligence completion.Niagara will assume the remaining expenditure commitments of approx US$214,000 to copmlete its right to earn. Adamus have estimated an equivelent discovery of around 200,000 ounces on this ground in their annual report. They believed they would be getting this ground but their deal was not consumated with their former director Mr Adrian Lungan who basically took his bat and ball and gifted(almost) the ground to Nia.
My opinion only, once the brokers understand the size of the deal nia will be quickly re-rated. Ceo Daws is off to Ghana next week to further d/d and then on to North America talking to investment houses their. I believe they will quickly prove up a substantial ore body as the ground is on the Ashanti Gold belt and surrounded by very large deposits.
