OK.. worked out part of my issue and not sure if it impacted others. i had an overarching account login (as I had 3 accounts and as such 3 different portfolios). I then cancelled my personal account but kept the account number as it linked the other 2 (that way I could login to the site and get access to my 2 portfolios). Looks like my over arching account has not been moved but i can login with each of my subs

Will give this new website a few months to get used to. Feel it is a bit clunky at the moment but I need to give it a bit more time. I am however peeved that I had an open order partially filled and they cancelled it and now I have to log another request and they will charge me again... GRRRRRR.. I will request more than a few free trades for the screw up today.
