OK well just spent 7 hours figuring this out

Kept being logged into pro version , had to originally change my password

After that platform was horrible. Not user friendly at all. Computer would freeze , then would lag. It took me 4 hours to complete 2 trades.

Had to close site and relog in probably a dozen times and it is still like that.

Trying to execute the second order i managed to fumble across new basic site

Because no explanation was given to anyone on how new site works I thought I only had access to pro version and not normal

version as i had before.

Once i realised i could access basic site everything was much better. I managed to put second order through immediately in basic site , no lagging or freezing on basic site and easy to navigate.

Pro version might be ok but it is frozen more than it works , on my computer anyway, but basic version runs smooth

So far today down 14k , have to reassess how i trade shares from now on and more to the point how i access the market because being shut out can be expensive
