when they tell you chi-x has been added to your account get them to explain how to view chi-x orders, then tell them what you think, as its a joke, only way you can see what chi-x orders are available is to go on the depth screen, to the right of where you type the asx code you need to click the price & open a order ticket, then there is a option to change the exchange from asx to chi-x, in a small drop down you can see chi-x orders depth, you have to place separate orders if you want to sell into chi-x & asx, imagine trying to trade a volatile stock, top it off with other issues, no name of the company at the top of the depth screen, no indication of a announcement, no idea how to view when a stock is in pre open & what time it comes out ususally would look at the announcement table for that, no highlighted movement in the depth screen, cant right click & see info like how much for sale in the depth, list goes on & on, no idea who they designed this platform for, the most backward upgrade ive seen
