I couldn't get through by phone. 'Press 1 for.. press 2 for... press 3 for... ' - Pressed them all over several failed phone calls - none of them took me anywhere.
I tried to contact them via email - forget that - email rejected with a claim their email address was not valid
I rang again this evening on their listed number 1300658355- it diverted to a recorded message to ring on 1300167665 instead.
I've since rung the new number and have so far been on hold for 40 minutes (and not confident I'll get through tonight).
I lost money today and I've seemingly got no way to contact ANZ and resolve the issue before tomorrow.
Any offer of 10 free trades won't cut it - This change over is beyond minor teething issues - I view it as straight out negligence.

Dabba, try changing your log in password. I took great care this am to correctly type in my log in password and 3 times it told me I had entered the wrong password. So I clicked the "forgot your password?" link and changed mine and voila.....she sprung to life.
