Just checked my emails and found 5 emails for the one trade:
order accepted , order opened, trade confirmation, order traded and order filed.
The accepted ,opened, traded and filed emails all showing the quantity of the shares. It's late night and having read your posts re the old confirmations once needed I at first thought I had made the mistake of ordering twice. Almost gave myself a heart attack.
In the state I was in this morning placing that one order, I had not even realised that I had not reviewed and confirmed my order by reentering my trading password.
That step to avoid errors is definitely needed imo.
Maybe best I stay clear of the market tomorrow.
