I'd be happy with your situation. I'm locked out completely. ANZ cannot find my account and say it will take 48 hours to resolve the issue. They advised that in the interim they cannot access my portfolio either so I have another two days of having no control over my investments (one of which went down over 4% yesterday and not a thing I could do).
