1	ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ) has agreed to sell the ANZ Securities service – which includes the platform that allows its customers to trade equities and bonds – to First NZ Capital Securities Limited (FNZC).The sale is part of a strategic alliance between ANZ and FNZC. This alliance allows ANZ to continue to simplify its business, while ensuring our customers can continue to access a high-quality equity and bond trading service.FNZC will rebrand the service as Direct Broking when the sale happens, which is planned to occur in the second half of 2018.Direct Broking is one way FNZC and ANZ are working together to offer New Zealand investors a broader range of investment products and tools. As the name suggests, Direct Broking is an effective way for New Zealanders to invest directly and cost efficiently.If you are an ANZ Securities customer you must register for the Direct Broking service.
