Just passing on a comment that may be helpful for anyone trying to access their account -

For anyone still having dramas accessing their ANZ account, there is now an automated message when you ring (seeing as they clearly don't want to answer their phones!). Their suggestion worked for me and is as follows:

Go to the website, hit login and then forgot password. Follow the prompts, enter the security code they text you and reset your password. I then logged in fine.....now just have this horrible new system to work out!
