Yes major issues as they seem to be accessing db from 15 years ago with original account opening data at telephone center. Massive opening for fraud here and also massive problem if you tfr money as not as if they will take any responsibility as it sits in limbo and less if it goes to another persons account and they walk with it.

I spoke to someone on the inside should understand the consequences and frankly fatigue and disinterest has set in at many levels and no information is being passed up the ladder and not even recording issues.

I wan't going to comment here initially , I knew it wasn't a 1 off after talking to many people and I don't think they understand the problem they have. These accounts were opened when 100 points was not well enforced. Gotta wonder why they have " mistakenly" given staff access to old database and they can't tell current details and even if they do update it isn't updatng live it seems.
