5th October I submitted a transfer form to Commsec for transfer of most of my stocks from ANZ.  Commsec forwarded it  straight away to ANZ.  Two weeks later rang Commsec who had heard zilch from ANZ.  Chatted yesterday online with ANZ. " We have requested ID from Commsec"             ( yeah right!)  then  " We will re-submit ID request " .  I have done this process a few other times and no problems.  Waiting, waiting, waiting.

Last week tried to sell one stock for the first time on new platform.  Got to "confirm order" and the price kept dropping out. Gave up.  Now in the light of others experiences ( Hot Copper  -  Product Review )  selling and trying to get the proceeds isn't easy. 

Stuck between a rock and a hard place.
