Well I thought I was well prepared for this! I was wrong.
I went online for both their seminars, and sent questions regarding the set up etc.
Got straight in this morning and from then on found ALL THE THINGS I NO LONGER HAVE.
I used to use Standard and ETRade PRo at the same time - it was useful - cant do this anyt longer - its one or the other.
I used to have ChiX data - no longer shown
I used to be able to customise nearly everything - now virtually nothing.
I used to be able to have about 12 Depth & Sales combos on my screen at once - now maximum of four pairs linked.
I used to be able to copy and paste from tables on screen - right click menus non-existent now.
Its like Ive moved backwards to some basic system from 20 years ago.
This is obviously not an upgrade (as it was touted). Id say ANZ lost the license to use ETrades platforms, or doesn't want to pay to use them anymore. This is a very basic and cheap set up.
Can anyone please suggest another platform that is similar to what ETrade Pro used to offer? I will need to switch
