Well just rang ANZ Melbourne and spoke to RON he advised that they have had a major collapse in the system and that he didn't know when it would be up and running again. (funny seeing as some people are actually trading) I asked why they didn't just role back until they fix the system, his response was that he didn't believe the old system existed anymore. What you have to be kidding!!!!!! how can that be???? Suggested i try again tomorrow. When i let rip he asked if I wanted to make a formal complaint. Why bother, did that last time when my cfd account was suspended and eventually last over half of my funds which they said they were not liable for as the Etrade cfd accounts were not actually the responsibility of ANZ they just opened them under the ANZ etrade platform. (same situation happened with Commsec however they reimbursed all losses) This is it for me with ANZ.
