    ChiX data is gone from Sales, but still present in Depth. This will not be changing.


    You can have ChiX activated as a ticket option by asking. I have done that. It gives you an "Exchange" toggle on your ticket. When you do, you can check either ASX or ChiX on your ticket, but not both at once.
