I have been on hold to ANZ Share Investing for 6 hrs 2 mins...

I have been on hold to ANZ Share Investing for 6 hrs 2 mins now... Not even joking.

I have found SO many features in the new PRO version missing from the old including the obvious EVERYTHING previously saved on my desktop!!!... what a joke.

You would think they would offer a "revert to old version" option for a while to allow people to setup and become adjusted?... Of course not. What a joke.

My list of questions I have written down to ask has grown longer and longer throughout the day while I have been on hold...

Oh, and dont bother with the "Live help chat", it has also been disabled... They probably sent everyone home.

So after a day wasted, they have lost me. Hopefully I get through to tell them exactly why.

Now time to find a new platform.
