i have finally got into my anz share account after 2 days.
this is how i managed it , so try it out :-
after you click on the logon icon on the main page
enter your user ID as you would normally but when you enter your password use capital letters ( higher case) and it will take you to the next step to choose a 4 pin password and then you will get to your account.
if the logon times out or doesnt work , keep trying a few times to get to the user ID and password page.
But remember the key to sort this out is to use capital letters in your password .
