    Demand a full explanation from your provider plus compensation for your lost opportunity.

    If they don't provide a full explanation that is satisfactory then make a complaint to the Ombudsman.

    Create a stink. Send copies to your Fed member of Parliament and also your local Senator. Send the story to the media. Keep making complaints to your provider until they make a compensation offer.

    Once you have enough evidence then seek advice about making a Class Action order.

    Something very wrong happened yesterday.
