Create a stink. Send copies to your Fed member of Parliament and also your local Senator. Send the story to the media. Keep making complaints to your provider until they make a compensation offer.

Once you have enough evidence then seek advice about making a Class Action order.

Thanks mainholm, I plan to get my justice one way or the other starting on Monday. I thought Friday was a significant buy day and after a recovery in the market Friday pm and the s&p up 9% overnight its a significant loss.
