After checking the past notices carefully swuzzlebubbles calculations reasonably correct. Transactions are recorded by ANZ on settlement, which is about 3 days after the actual sale.
45,905,054 as reported on 26/6. Less sales of up to 8.9m on 24/6, less sales of up to 8.3m on 30/6. This takes the current share holding down to around 29m (give or take a few depending on how much of these last two big sale days were actually ANZ). So with a holding of around 29m ANZ now own around 14.8% of the company. Based on sale price of $0.30 per share this is around $9m more to go.
