It is referring to anz's total holding as a result of the opes collapse and is consistent with the top20 shareholder list here:

No where does it say this is what has to be sold. So if they sell all of them then they are a zero ady shareholder. Not a major shareholder as they have been for over 12mths.
When a major shareholder sells out altogether then it is not a good sign. Particularly, when this leaves no major shareholders in the company and only small time investors holding the can. However, it does leave the company ripe for a takeover if anyone wants it.
