hey guys...as Jack is missing, thought i would post on his behalf what he would say
you guys are silly jumping in...as i have said be patient and better prices will come. A heap of data coming out later this month. growth in Australia is a thing of the past.
today was nothing more than a dead cat bounce, give it a few weeks an ANZ will be much lower, more like a yield over 8%.
ill be selling space in my bunker when the world ends if anyone is interested
