I think this is a huge signal
They would have argued to they were blue in the face with ASIC/ASX
That they were not required to..
The lodgements are a Factual Admission that they were required to
MMMmmmm ....every other substantial shareholder ie the clients..can say with some simplicity
You misled the market and the client..
