Whilst they are filling in the substantial shareholder notices-- has anyone noticed that there is a consistent lack of required detail.?? By this I am referring to paragraph 5 relating to consideration which they are stating "not applicable". Also they are putting "not applicable" in the box for date of going substantial--- do you reckon any of us would get away with failing to provide that required info. But I guess I am not yet used to the "NEW ASX" where there is one rule for the little guys and another set for the top 50 companies.
Lets hope Opes clients are not going to have to depend on toothless ASIC for any aid in getting their shares back.
