What if any offer proposed is conditional on acceptance by all so that all litigation and costs are brought to an end?
This could be a good strategy for the banks as it will then turn the focus to Opes creditors as being the ones that don't want to resolve this and cause infighting between those that want the money and those that do not want the money.
Whatever the result is, i hope that it results in a lift to the index (as a result of new money flooding in), being the complete opposite of the drop that occurred as a result of the ANZ/merryls sell off back when this all began.
