You would assume based on that the they are only dealing with the pref payments.
If there is no creditor future litigation sign off, one would assume that you would continue to persue the banks for damages through litigation.
One could also assume this quoted figure in the AFR is a low planted figure and the offer may be some what higher as we are all hanging on the edge of our seats for a figure.
Seems funny it has been leaked before completion of mediation.
If it only deals with the prefs payments, fair enough, but I doubt they would get clients to sign a litigation waiver on that amount.
