I think Ben will collect and all the rebate you may get is a small interest rebate if anything. People will start to lose assets and those that can will have to start paying bankers back for their loans.

Ranking as a creditor in these companies IMO wont help. They were such a rort that the real assets are pledged so secured creditors will get those and concurrent creditors IMO will get virtually nothing.

The unhappiness around TIM and GTP will live on in some 50000 plus investors and their families for many years but the perpetrators will walk free because as judges are now starting to point out ASIC cannot do its job and was never able to do it.

Nothing will change unless ASIC is changed IMO.
