    I think you misunderstand the situation as it is today.

    ANZ sold its share trading business to CMC Markets and CMC Markets now operate the platform and all operational aspects for ANZ. It’s only ANZ branded.

    So it’s not really ANZ staff incompetence here. It’s CMC Markets staff incompetence.
