It is a shame there is no option for "No" stars as giving it one star actually gives this shambles a modicum of credibility. I am sure the ANZ trading gurus are well aware of how this debacle has turned out. "PerthPhil" and others are absolutely spot on. It seems we have all been dealt the same losing hand. I won't be the only one aghast when they confirm that ALL previous Etrade trading history has been deleted so any record for tax purposes cannot be accessed................ what a great start to the week!
If you have had issues you might as well join the 'pissing in the wind' crowd and join in. I am surer your complaints like all other will be met with total silence.
